An honorary member of the American Culinary Federation, Northwest Chapter, Chef Micah has had entrepreneurial blood flowing through his veins since the ripe old age of 3. Inspired by his sister's cookie business while in the first grade, and the loving support of his parents, Micah was considering business opportunities at about the same time he was learning to speak and by the age of eight had settled on an old family recipe from grandma from which he built Scones to Go.

"Move over Donald, here comes Micah!!!"

From his kitchen in Spokane, WA, Micah supplies local grocery chains and specialty shops in the eastern part of Washington state, and with his profits he is currently supporting a fellow 12-year old in Uganda through Compassion International. Chef Micah is one kid making a difference while still being a kid.
